Scope of Service
AI Detect analyzes images that users upload or share a link to and determines what percentage of those images are AI. Users can analyze images by selecting them from the device memory or by pasting a link. To perform this analysis, images are sent to Sightengine, our third-party AI analysis provider.
User Responsibilities
Users may only upload images that they own or have the right to use.
AI Detect may not be used for any illegal, harmful or offensive content.
Users are responsible for all actions they take on AI Detect.
Data Retention
AI Detect stores the images you analyze and their results only in your device's local history. To generate a result, the image is sent to Sightengine and is not retained on any server operated by us.
Disclaimer of Liability
AI Detect does not provide any guarantee as to the accuracy or reliability of the analysis results provided. The Service is provided “as is” and users are responsible for any damages that may arise from using the Service.
Modifications
AI Detect terms of use may be updated from time to time. When any changes are made, you will be informed on this page.

The subscription system utilizes the App Store infrastructure. All subscriptions are under Apple’s assurance. You can manage all your subscription transactions through the App Store.
